As a Multilingual AI Language Specialist, you will contribute your linguistic expertise to enhance AI models through high-quality annotation, text evaluation, translation, and data validation tasks. No previous AI experience is required — your language skills and attention to detail are what matter most. We are currently hiring for the following languages: Russian Polish Turkish Portuguese Kazakh Tamil Mandarin Chinese German Bengali Sindhi English Belarusian Faroese Sanskrit Thai Japanese Bulgarian Spanish Javanese Norwegian Italian Dutch Hebrew French Arabic Indonesian Tajik Georgian Applicants should have native or near-native proficiency in at least one of these languages. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and accurately label multilingual text data. Evaluate linguistic quality, grammar, semantics, and contextual accuracy. Annotate and validate AI training data according to project guidelines. Translate and compare content between your native language and English when required. Perform quality assurance checks to maintain consistency and accuracy. Document annotation decisions and follow established best practices. Collaborate with project managers and team members to improve workflows. Provide constructive feedback to help optimize AI language models. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Required Skills and Qualifications Native or near-native fluency in one or more of the listed languages. Good command of written and spoken English. Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer. Ability to meet deadlines and follow detailed instructions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in translation, transcription, proofreading, localization, or linguistic annotation. Previous work with AI, machine learning, or language technology projects. Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Literature, or a related field. Familiarity with annotation platforms and data labeling tools. Experience working with multilingual content.
