• Profile data: freelancer profile content you submit for analysis (e.g., Upwork profile text, pitch samples).
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps — collected via server logs.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• OAuth data: if you sign in via Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name and email from those providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the OverdoAI service.
• To generate AI-powered feedback and pitch rewrites using your submitted content.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts).
• To diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

OverdoAI uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Groq / Google Gemini — AI text generation. Prompts may be processed on their servers.
• Stripe — Payment processing.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — Database hosting.
• Google Cloud Run — Application hosting.
• Deepgram / Pexels — Audio/video generation for job posts.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Job posts older than 30 days are automatically removed from our database.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
