By creating an account or using OverdoAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OverdoAI provides AI-powered tools to help freelancers improve their profiles and write better pitches. Features include profile analysis, pitch generation, email finding, portfolio hosting, and a remote jobs board.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You must not use the Service to submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by OverdoAI (pitch rewrites, profile feedback, job descriptions) is provided as-is and for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI output before submitting it to clients or platforms. OverdoAI does not guarantee any specific outcome from using AI-generated content.

6. Jobs Board

The remote jobs listed on OverdoAI are aggregated from third-party sources (Reddit, job boards, Hacker News). We do not verify the legitimacy of individual job postings. Always exercise your own judgement before applying. Report suspicious listings to overdoai@gmail.com.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OverdoAI to:

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service's content at scale.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Submit spam, malware, or fraudulent content.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. Intellectual Property

OverdoAI and its logo are owned by OverdoAI. Content you submit remains yours. By submitting content, you grant OverdoAI a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OverdoAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of income or clients.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
