[HIRING] $200/hr — NYC Real Estate Acquisitions paid consulting, remote

We're building an early-stage NYC real estate intelligence tool and need experienced acquisitions consultants to help with product research. Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in REITs, CRE PE shops, family offices, or institutional owners. As a paid consultant, you'll walk us through your acquisitions DD workflow, identify hard-to-source building-level data, and provide feedback on report formats, pricing, and packaging. This is a remote opportunity, 5-10 hours over 4-6 weeks, paying $200/hr.
